You may not be a member of the mile high club but….
you can still enjoy the Mile High Festival. Don’t ask me how it got it’s name. The festival closes out today with performances from The Roots, Flobots, and Rodrigo Y Gabriela. I know most of you are probably not in Denver for the weekend, so we’re linking you to a video of the action. Andrew Bird premiered one of his new songs yesterday, so watch away.
It got it’s name because Denver is 5280 feet (or 1 mile) above sea level or “a mile high”
